NEXT MONTH: Multiple exposure- Set by Martin

Overall with weighting 7.75 / 10
Sean's Pick - score and comments: "Blow"
A real great bunch this month – Shutter priority never lets me down!
Although I am not sure what I am looking at- in this case - I think it is
the main reason that I am so intrigued & impressed - so without
further or do “Inversion” takes it for this month!. I really am
impressed by the radial spin on things here as I am with the
inversion effect which evokes the cyborg scan vibe with looks pretty
dam cool. Do explain whilst i print off..
Other image notes in order of merit:
- Irrigate: it is probably an equal second, great composition and
movement caught well within. Depth of field also
understandably deep but also compliments. Maybe
overexposed a bit..
- Painting the Kitchen: I belly laughed when I saw this shot as it
could be a movement camera of you sleep walking in your
kitchen I forgot about painting with light! Tighter crop on
right of frame but interestingly wide. Colour trippy.
- Obscured by Flora: Nice passenger shot unless you tell me
you took on your motorbike? Could have worked also in black
and white too i reckon. Good DOF nice vegetation movement.
Good to see logo right dressed perhaps ghost it a bit so it
doesn’t dominate shot as much and could have been slightly
cropped in this corner with no main loss too?
- Red Meat, not a bad shot but Black and white for me perhaps
with red meat only? Handrail levelled may have balanced the
shot better?
- Gullstream: dust bunnies everywhere? Colours not that
unpleasing and yes I get it in the end, In-site over dominating
– small in corner watermarked perhaps?
Well done bras
Martin's photo notes:

Martin's Pick - score and comments: "Rained"
About bloody time that I had to spend nearly an hour deciding on
which shot would take it out - and it was between four. I really liked
what I saw from the first glimpse of your submission. You have been
holding out.
Variety was superb ranging from the bleeding obvious to the cleverly
arranged.
My pick for this month is Rained – What gets me with this shot is the
angles and the urge to find out what the bloody hell is going on
here. Nice crop, nice contrast, nice image. And on time too for a
change.
Other image notes in order of merit:
- Popper – I can just see you with a box of those suckers and
the D700 on timer...... beep beep bip bip bip PULL. Focus is a
little short but hey I like it.
- Escalated - There is just enough shutter bias to make this an
interesting shot, making it probably most on topic than the
rest. Could have taken it for me. Gutsy grab and submission.
- Malleted – Super looking shot - colours, DOF, sharp etc etc.
Well done.
- Sharkteeth – Yup good. Artsy. Print. Hang in the shithouse.
- Watered – I was really torn on this shot. If it had a little better
lighting, or maybe another point of interest it could be a
stunner.
- Dancing_ixora - Great reds vs greens.
- Abducted - Probably the only shot that I don't like. That flare
top left is driving me insane!!!!
I get the feeling you were a little dissappointed with your shots...., oh
well, I was'nt - and that's what matters Braaaz.
Sean's photo notes:
Braaaaz;
Oh well first again..
Here are my lot for this month, I must say as
someone who usually is in aperture priority
mode most of the time in this mode I find
myself more creatively inspired thinking
more.
